in New Zealand

With the government-led CCCFA regulations introduced in 2022, and increasingly difficult macro-economic climate heading into 2023, we have made the difficult decision to pause new lending in NZ for the time being to focus on our core market in Australia.

Please note that we will continue to support existing customers and there will be no change of service or operational support for any customer with an open plan with Payright.

From 20 February

• You will have full access to the Merchant Portal, however you will not be able to submit any new plans • Plans with the status ‘Approved’ or ‘Active’ will still be visible in the Portal • Plans approved before 20 February will continue to be eligible for activation at any time up to 19 March 2023. Please ensure that the conditions to activation under the Merchant Terms have been met prior to activation • Any Pending, In Review or Approved Pending ID applications will be cancelled, and removed from the Portal • If you have an E-Commerce integration, it will be disconnected from this date • Please ensure that references to Payright on your website (including e-commerce integrations) and instore are removed
