If the customer does not wish to pay the balance, the customer must return any property acquired to the Merchant.

In addition to this legal right of customers under the CCCFA, Merchants must let Payright know immediately of any refund or cancellation of the purchase including where a customer elects to use an alternative method to fund the purchase. Merchants must not provide any refund by way of cash, direct debt, credit or cheque to a customer directly where a customer has purchased their product with a Payright Account.
